Peak conditioning is key! I recommend scheduling your shoot when you're feeling your best. Plan your prep 4-6 weeks out - dial in your training, nutrition, and get plenty of rest. On shoot day, bring multiple outfit options, any props, and your favourite pump-up playlist!
Absolutely! Based in Devon, I travel throughout the UK and internationally. I've shot in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and across Europe. Travel fees apply for locations outside Devon, but I often waive these when booking multiple shoots in the same area.
You'll receive 3-5 preview shots within 48 hours for social media. Full gallery delivery is typically 7-10 business days for standard shoots, or 2-3 weeks for larger brand campaigns. Rush delivery available for an additional fee.
Yes! Video is huge for social media engagement. I offer Instagram Reels, TikTok content, YouTube fitness videos, and brand promotional videos. Video can be added to any photo package or booked separately.

Yes! For shoots over £500, I offer split payments: 50% deposit to secure your date, 50% on delivery. For larger brand campaigns, we can arrange 3-4 installments.
